We collect only what you give us. When you submit a form on this site, request a consultation, or RSVP to a briefing, that typically includes:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- What you told us you need help with, and any message you wrote
- The fact that you consented to be contacted, and when
During a consultation we may discuss health and benefit information with you. Any such information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable Texas insurance regulations.
How we use it
- To contact you about the consultation or information you requested
- To explain your Medicare, TRICARE For Life, and VA benefit options
- To help you enroll in a plan, if and only if you choose to
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed agency
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your consent, and how to withdraw it
Submitting a form on this site gives us your prior express written consent to contact you, including by automated SMS and phone calls, as described at the point of submission. You are never required to provide that consent in order to receive information or services from us.
You may revoke consent at any time — reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or simply call or email us and ask. We will honor it.
Appointments
Appointments are only ever set when a Veteran requests one. We do not make unsolicited contact.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy the record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents, then dispose of it securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), to get information on all of your options.
