Ask a question
Ask a Medicare question
Not everyone wants a meeting. If you have one specific thing you need cleared up, send it over — a fellow Veteran will answer it directly, and that can be the end of it.
How this works
No appointment, no pressure
Asking a question does not sign you up for anything. We will answer what you asked, and we will not follow it with a pitch. If the answer turns out to need a longer conversation, we will say so and leave the decision to you.
Questions we get most often are about enrollment timing, whether Part B is really necessary, how TRICARE For Life behaves behind Medicare, and what happens to VA prescriptions. If yours is already covered below, you have your answer without waiting.
If it is urgent or complicated, calling is faster than typing.

Ask us a question
Send the question you actually have. A fellow Veteran will answer it directly. You are not signing up for anything by asking.
Everything we do is educational and free. Requesting information does not enroll you in any plan, does not obligate you to buy anything, and does not schedule an appointment on its own.

The questions we hear every week
Yours may be here. If it is, you don't need to wait for us.
Do I need Medicare Part B for TRICARE For Life?
Yes. You need to enroll in Medicare Part B to qualify for TRICARE For Life and for Medicare Advantage Plans.
Can I use Medicare and VA benefits together?
Yes. You can use Medicare and VA benefits together — that includes seeing civilian doctors for your care while still using the VA. VA prescriptions are often available at little or no cost, though what you pay depends on your eligibility and priority group. We'll go through your own situation with you.
Do I need Medicare Part D if I use the VA pharmacy?
Generally no. If you get your prescriptions through the VA pharmacy or TRICARE For Life, both are considered creditable prescription drug coverage, so a separate Part D plan is usually unnecessary. We will walk through your specific prescriptions with you before you decide.
How quickly will you respond to my message?
We aim to get back to you within four hours on business days if you leave a message or a voicemail.
What is the process for enrolling in Medicare?
We guide you through the entire Medicare enrollment process, making sure you understand each step and can make informed decisions. Our goal is to simplify the process and help you find the best options for your healthcare needs.
What VA benefits am I eligible for?
We help you determine your eligibility for VA benefits, including healthcare and disability compensation. Personalized guidance helps ensure you receive the benefits you are entitled to.
How does TRICARE For Life work with Medicare?
TRICARE For Life works as a supplement to Medicare. Once you are enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B, TRICARE For Life covers remaining costs, giving you comprehensive coverage.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. Consultations and education sessions are free, with no hidden fees and no obligation. We are licensed insurance agents and are compensated by the plan if — and only if — you choose to enroll in one.
